The Jills Zeder Group surpasses $2 billion in South Florida real estate sales in nine months

The Jills Zeder Group surpassed $2 billion in sales volume during the first nine months of 2026, becoming the only team in Coldwell Banker Realty’s history to reach that milestone within a calendar year, according to the brokerage.

The team recorded more than $2 billion in sales between Jan. 1 and Sept. 30, exceeding its full-year 2025 sales volume of $1.85 billion with three months remaining in the year.

The achievement follows the group’s recognition as the nation’s No. 1 large real estate team for the sixth consecutive year, according to the 2026 RealTrends Verified Rankings.

Affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida, The Jills Zeder Group specializes in luxury residential properties throughout Miami-Dade County and surrounding South Florida markets. Its members are certified Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Specialists and participate in the International Luxury Alliance, a network of real estate professionals serving high-net-worth buyers and sellers across 45 markets in the United States and internationally.

The group represents luxury homebuyers and sellers, including corporate executives, relocating professionals and international clients seeking properties throughout South Florida.

Among its notable transactions is the $170 million sale of a residential property on Indian Creek, which established a Miami-Dade County residential sales record. The transaction is among several nine-figure sales handled by the team in recent years.

The group’s website currently features 129 exclusive property listings, including 18 residences priced at $20 million or more, reflecting its concentration in the upper tier of South Florida’s residential real estate market.

“The Jills Zeder Group has once again redefined what’s possible in real estate,” said Kamini Lane, president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Realty. “Surpassing $2 billion in sales volume in just nine months is an extraordinary achievement and a milestone no other team in Coldwell Banker Realty history has reached.”

Lane credited the group’s market knowledge, client relationships and marketing strategies for its continued performance.

“Their unmatched market expertise, deep relationships, innovative marketing and unwavering commitment to their clients continue to set the standard for excellence in luxury real estate,” Lane said.

The milestone coincides with the Coldwell Banker brand’s 120th anniversary.

A Family-Led Luxury Real Estate Team

Formed in 2019, The Jills Zeder Group brings together three families with established careers in South Florida luxury residential real estate.

The Hertzberg family includes Jill Hertzberg and her children, Danny Hertzberg and Hillary Hertzberg Benson. The Eber family includes Jill Eber and her sister, Felise Eber. The Zeder family includes Judy Zeder, her son Nathan Zeder and daughter-in-law Meredith Zeder.

Since the group’s formation, the families have collectively closed more than $13 billion in real estate transactions, according to the company.

With offices in Coral Gables and Miami Beach, the team represents buyers and sellers of multimillion-dollar residences in communities throughout South Florida, including Coral Gables, Miami Beach and other established luxury residential markets.

The group’s business includes luxury property sales, residential marketing and representation of domestic and international buyers. Its members have also collaborated on multiple high-value residential transactions in the Coral Gables market.
